Getting old!

I just wanted to share this past week. The 20th was my last night to be an official Santa helper. It was a wonderful experience and I must mention that without elf Todd I don't think that physically I would have been able to handle it. I have been doing this for over 50 years and I must say that the 95 children that came to see Santa were some of the politest well-mannered young people that I have ever had the privilege to work with. I must say that Mandy Riddle knows how to have a wonderful Christmas party and she can keep the real spirit of Christmas all evening,

I must say that the parents were so very special and kind also, My friends I want you to know that there are some very special people in our Magic Valley that help put the magic in Magic Valley.

as we approach this Christmas season may I Bless each of you and challenge you to watch for that person that can really use your smile and kind words to boost their day. I know that I have been blessed and my family has because of your shining examples and your helpfulness and patriotism have made this a better world. we never know the burdens that others are carrying around and sometimes just your smile or kind deed will make a difference. Open a door for someone. complement their smile or appearance!
